What a fantastic experience, attending the SCBWI New York Conference in Time Square last weekend! Amazing speakers including Meg Medina, Jason Reynolds, Kate Messner and more…so much wisdom, so many insights! Thank you to the organizers for all your work on this amazing conference. Our hotel was located just off Times Square — and we were treated to the most beautiful snowfall while there. Also had the chance to see on Broadway the Tony-winning adaptation of a classic book for young people, The Outsiders.
